Experienced Tutor, Homeschooled, Focus: Elementary Math to Calculus

My name is Glorianna, and I have been homeschooled, recently completing High School early. I was able to satisfy the State of Colorado testing requirements for a high school diploma in my Junior year, at age 17. In the mathematics section, I achieved a score of 172, which is College level mathematics. In our homeschool, we utilized Math-U-See as our math curriculum, and I really enjoyed it! The math curriculum took me from basic, elementary math to calculus. I am a self-starter and was able to work independently during my high school years. I assist my siblings, tutoring them in math, and it is going very well. So much so, I thought I would give online tutoring a try!

I am very flexible in my approach to tutoring math. If my student does not understand the concept explained one way, I am ready to reevaluate and explain it from a new perspective! I am happy to research difficult problems or concepts in between tutoring sessions to give my students the best explanation possible. Whether it is a homework backlog, new concepts, or examination prep, I am eager to meet the student's needs at whatever stage they are in.
