Mathematics has been an integral part of my education as long as I can remember. Mathematics has been an integral part of my education as long as I can remember. It used to just be a subject that I would excel at but towards the end of high school it became more of a hobby and an interest. Eventually I ran into a humanities teacher in my junior year that changed my direction as a student and a learner. She was so passionate and influential in her teaching methodology. I stride to implement the same passion that she had into every minute of my work.
I am a recent masters graduate with 650+ hours of experience teaching 14-17-year-olds in a classroom setting of up to 30 students and 350+ hours of tutoring 1-on-1 and group settings using a variety of styles. Combining my two passions of solving problems and teaching others, I am dedicated to creating understandable, relatable lessons, and in a relaxed learning environment.
The will to learn and the desire to teach make me a great instructor for any student.
