I graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in physics. I then went to Texas A&M College Station and received my Masters in Mechanical Engineering. I have helped many people with mathematics, physics, and engineering courses. I am happy to help and do whatever the student needs to learn the topics and figure out problems. Any topic that I know I would be happy to help with. I will help the student learn the material, do the homework, prepare for tests and quizzes, and give advice for the future.

I am friendly, relaxed, and very patient. If you want to learn, I have no problem with helping until you have a good understanding. I am willing to negotiate price depending on different circumstances.

ACT Math

ACT Math

I have taken the ACT and am familiar with the different types of math that are used in the test. I am also familiar with test taking strategies that would help to be more successful with the test. I have used several different books to learn the best strategies and have taken several different standardized tests.
Algebra 1

Algebra 1

I took algebra I in eighth grade and have since completed algebra II, calculus I, II, III, differential equations, and linear algebra. I have a wide range of knowledge using algebra in simple to complex problems. Over the years I have helped fellow students with algebra problems and topics.
Algebra 2

Algebra 2

I have completed algebra II, calculus I,II,III, differential equations, linear algebra, and many physics and engineering classes that relate to algebra. I am very familiar with both the basics as well as more advanced levels of algebra. I have helped several classmates with problems and enjoy teaching them the methods.
AutoCAD

AutoCAD

I have used AutoCAD software since high school. I have had 3 years experience using Creo pro engineering software, 1 year with Ansys, 3 years with Solid Works, and Auto Desk for 3+ years. I have designed parts for several school projects and have had several classes related to AutoCAD.
Geometry

Geometry

I have taken a geometry class in high school and have used geometry in many classes since. Understanding geometry is necessary in order to understand many physics and engineering problems.
Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

I have a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Univeristy to Maryland. I will also be continuing my studies in mechanical engineering at Texas A&M where I will work towards my masters degree. I have successfully completed all the engineering courses required in order to get my degree. I have also helped friends by teaching and tutoring them in classes.
Physics

Physics

I graduated from the university of Maryland with a minor in physics. I have done classes in electricity and magnetism, optic, light, classical mechanics, and quantum physics as well as other topics. Engineering also uses many physics equations to solve problems.
Prealgebra

Prealgebra

I studied algebra in the 8th grade and have continued my studies up to the collegiate level. Every engineering class uses algebra and similar math principles to solve problems. I have taken classes in algebra I and II, geometry, calculus I, II, and III, differential equations, linear algebra as well as physics and engineering classes.
Precalculus

Precalculus

I have taken classes in algebra I and II, geometry, calculus I, II, and III, differential equations, linear algebra as well as physics and engineering classes. I studied algebra in the 8th grade and have continued my studies up to the collegiate level. Every engineering class uses algebra and similar math principles to solve problems.
Thermodynamics

Thermodynamics

I took thermodynamics and heat transfer in undergrad. Since then I have tutored several student in these topics under the heading of "mechanical engineering" but now it is its own category. I also have performed thermodynamic analysis on space systems and aircraft using FEA tools.

Knows physics and explains material concisely and well

Bryan is a really nice guy. We worked well together and his explanations were clear and lucid. He's easy to talk to and understands typical problems that students run into in Physics I or II. He was very flexible with where to meet and times we could work together.

If you want to understand physics.

I have Bryan as a tutor for Physics 218, and never really having to study in high school the class was a wake-up call. Not to mention my Prof doesn't exactly speak the best English and the fact that she opened up the year with "I am not here to teach you" kinda defines the class. In spite of that, Bryan is a fantastic tutor that has basically taught me the the entirety of Mechanical physics. He breaks down topics incredibly well and helps a ton with the actual process of working out problems. 10/10. Would recommend. *And he's actually funny which makes spending a semester with him a bonus.

Awesome guy, really helps!

He really focuses not only on giving you help with homework but giving you strategies that will help to understand the content and understand and solve the questions on exams.

Helpful

Helps me understand the concepts. Makes physics a little more fun! Has a different approach on how to deal with problems.

Vernaya, 1 lesson with Bryan

Very helpful.

Bryan helped me gain a better understanding of the lesson plan. I went from being lost to being able to solve problems on my own in just 2 hours.

Recommend!

Bryan was awesome. He solved out the pratice problems I had ahead of time and was able to explain them all very well! Down to earth yet very smart!

Sierra, 1 lesson with Bryan

Very Thorough

Bryan is very thorough and can explain difficult concepts very well - my son has enjoyed working with him and is gaining more comprehension of physics with every session. We will definitely use this tutor again!!!

Awesome Tutor

Mr.Bryan was an awesome tutor and helped me out a lot. He made it a lot of fun, helped me understand everything about my Physics problems so that rather than just knowing the answer, I fully understood the how and why. I look forward to having him tutor me again!
