About Steve

Hey everybody! I'm Steve and I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA. I moved to the Denver area a couple of years back to be with my wife who is a Teaching Professor at the Colorado School of Mines. I am currently an Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics at the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO.

I have been teaching classes for about 15 years and tutoring for about 20 years. I started pretty young and still remember what it's like to be a student and struggle in math classes. Additionally, I was fortunate enough to win the Applied Mathematics and Statistics Department Teacher of the Year Award last year!

I have taught just about every mathematics course during my career and can certainly tutor those. I have also taught and tutored a large number of test prep courses over the last few years. I can tutor pretty much any math subject and it wouldn't be my first time doing so.

That's about it. If you need to know more, just let me know!

I look forward to helping you!

All the best,
Steve
