Hi everybody! I'm Steve and I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA. I earned a PhD in Mathematics some years ago, and I moved to the Denver area some time after that to be a Professor at a local university.

Hi everybody! I'm Steve and I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA. I earned a PhD in Mathematics some years ago, and I moved to the Denver area some time after that to be a Professor at a local university.

I have been teaching classes for about 20 years and tutoring for about 25 years. I started pretty young and still remember what it's like to be a student and struggle in math classes. I have taught just about every mathematics course imaginable during my career and can certainly tutor for each of those. I have also taught and tutored a large number of test prep courses (e.g., SAT or LSAT analytical reasoning) over the last few years.
