Hello! My name is Justin and I am a senior studying mechanical engineering at the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO. I graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA and took the highest level mathematics courses that my high school offered.
I have worked as a tutor for two years for any math/physics class in groups of 4 students or less.

Calculus 1
I cannot express enough gratitude to Justin for his work with my daughter during her summer semester with Calculus I. My daughter is dyslexic which is a learning difference not a thinking problem. Justin was able to tailor his instruction methodology to reflect a formula in action style enabling my daughter to see the formula moving through the problem. This is what is required for a dyslexic student to learn; three of my four children are dyslexic so I am very well aware of what it takes to get them through their Masters level work. Justin was our third tutor for the summer semester; we found others to be more focused toward teaching theory which isn't what is required for every learning style or they were focused on other commitments even texting during the session. Justin was highly professional, highly competent, and highly capable in teaching through a learning difference like my daughter's. I cannot be more thankful for his acumen, his perseverance, and his commitment to seeing that she was successful. In spite of two rough scores on tests prior to his working with her, she still completed the course with a 89.32%! We couldn't be more elated or thankful for his work. I highly, highly recommend Justin and we will use him again for Calculus II!
