As a PhD, I have been able to work with several others on speech, accent, and tone improvements to meet their desired goals. As a former college athlete, competitive runner, and swimmer, I continue to maintain solid fitness habits. This also includes a healthy diet and lifestyle. I did struggle with weight gain a few years back (due to frequent work travel) and was able to overcome to exceed my fitness and weight goals. I have shared these with others for to help coach in their fitness and bodybuilding successes. I have worked with others In the bodybuilding arena and have helped them train for competitions.

Been using Microsoft outlook in the workplace for over 17 years. Familiar with it as a tool and have coached others on its use and troubleshooting as needed. Very useful tool and some aspects of it many are not aware of to make for ease in the workplace. Very strong outlook skills

I use Microsoft PowerPoint daily in the workplace and also teach courses in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products at the collegiate level. This tool is key in company presentations and for presenting at conferences with a broader audience. Microsoft Project

Significant experience using Microsoft Prject throughout my career for both work and graduate school activity. Use MS Project in the workplace daily to set and manage project schedules for myself and my team. The work managed in MS Project helps keep us on-track for success. Ran at the college of New Jersey also was represented by power bar. Have competed all over the country in cross country and track and field events, including at corporate nationals. Have prior track and field coaching experience at the high school level (bordentown regional high school, Bordentown, NJ) and at various camps/clinics.
