I am a fun, laid back person who is ready to help. I taught middle school for two years at two very different schools in DPS. The population I worked with was difficult for me, and in noticing that I decided to step back. I would love to teach in a high school, but finding a job in a good Denver high school is challenging.
I played soccer and danced my whole life. Now i skateboard and ride a BMX bike for fun. I am always listening to Hip-hop music. My academic passion is History and Geography. I love seeing and studying maps. Overall I am a free spirit ready to commit to anything in life that is rewarding.
I would pride myself on my content knowledge of History and Geography. I have been passionate about this subject my whole life. I am strong in American History and Latin American History. Very strong in Geography related content. I do well with Civics or Government. I enjoy learning and teaching about Sociology. I am fine with World History as well, but it is not my passion.
I am ready and willing to help. If you are ready for the help we will work great together. I am super easy going, and I hope to lead and inspire as well as help academically. I hope future students can trust me to help them, and open up to me with all honesty. I am here to listen and help in any way I can.
