I grew up in Durango, Colorado have lived an active lifestyle since I was young. After experiencing the life changing aspects of yoga first hand in 2009, I knew it was a gift I wanted to give back to the world. I received my Hot Power Fusion Certification in 2011, my Yoga Sculpt Certification in 2012, my Yin Yoga Certification in 2013, and my 200 Hour Vinyasa Certification in 2014. I currently teach at multiple locations in the Denver area including Core Power Yoga, The Frejya Project, and The Greenwood Athletic Club to name a few.
