This background allows me to tutor nursing students with a strong understanding of both academic material and real-world clinical application.
I tutor nursing fundamentals, medical-surgical nursing, cardiac concepts (including dysrhythmias), pharmacology concepts, health assessment, care planning, and NCLEX-style question strategy. These are subjects I use regularly in practice, and I focus on helping students understand why nursing decisions are made rather than relying on memorization.
My teaching experience comes from mentoring peers, supporting newer nurses, and providing patient and family education in one-on-one clinical settings. I primarily work with ADN and BSN nursing students, as well as pre-nursing students taking anatomy and physiology.
