I'm a first-time tutor but have worked closely with people on a technical level throughout my career in customer support and sales roles. My upbringing heavily involved tutoring sessions by my engineer father and my Montessori teaching mother, and I believe being personable is just as important as being experienced as a tutor to a student's success. I am also TEFL certified.
