I am a lifelong learner and educator here to accompany you on your learning journey. I am a certified Spanish teacher in MA and gained fluency as a kid living in Mexico. I spent three years teaching public high school during the most intense years of the pandemic. Before teaching I also studied in the history department of la Universidad de Salamanca in Spain and completed my thesis research in Cuba. I also have worked as a professional translator for education companies and nonprofits. Our Spanish tutoring sessions could include conversation, listening, reading, writing, or learning based on specific aspects of Spanish speaking cultures that interest you.

I am a professional musician as well and have many years of experience teaching guitar, voice, bass guitar, and basic percussion in all styles at various afterschool programs for all ages across the country. Additionally, I teach music theory, songwriting, music history, and musicology. If you are interested in deepening your understanding of music on and off your instrument, let’s talk!

I am also a history nerd, a writer, and a researcher. I have experience writing long academic papers, copy for business marketing, and legal agreements for construction projects. I am a published author with my work represented in thousands of academic archives. If you are looking for a writing tutor or proofreader, I am very qualified and interested.

I was a professional tutor for a YMCA teaching K-8 math and guitar. I also tutored high school students in Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, and Spanish for a local nonprofit. In addition, I tutored many students in Spanish when I taught high school. I am a firm believer that anyone can learn the knowledge they are seeking when given the proper support and guidance.

In conclusion, it would be my pleasure to enhance your learning experience and creative processes. I work with all ages. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I would love to discuss your interests and see if we would be a good fit.
