I graduated from Emory University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a 3.979 GPA. I excelled in biochemistry, organic chemistry, general chemistry, physical chemistry, biology, human physiology, and introductory physics, just to name a few, receiving A's in each. I also pursued a minor in music, dedicating up to 10 hours weekly to piano practice with a private university-affiliated instructor. I performed a successful senior recital, featuring 9 Chopin etudes.

My tutoring experience spans over a year with the Tutor Genius, based in Irvine, CA, where I helped high school students reach their academic goals in math and science subjects and target SAT/ACT scores. (When I took the SAT in 2020, I received 800 in Math and 730 in Verbal.) I’ve worked with students one-on-one, both in person and virtually, tailoring each session to their individual needs. My method involves careful preparation and personalized lesson plans. In addition to my academic experience, I bring a friendly, engaging personality to my sessions, which makes the learning process enjoyable. I’m passionate about running, cycling, climbing, languages, traveling, and cultural exploration. I also speak Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, which often comes in handy when connecting with students from diverse backgrounds.
