I have a BA and an MFA in creative writing; During my undergrad, I took a special class and was certified as a CRLA writing tutor. Once certified, I enjoyed working with students in both one-on-one and classroom settings. Often I would work alongside professors to lead lectures and field questions or essay reviews. My focus is on helping students understand not what to think, but *how* to think. How to state a position and then back it up with evidence and rhetoric. Writing is best viewed as a process, not a product. As a collaborative conversation with other thinkers. I look forward to helping you join that conversation.
