My son needs help with university-level linear algebra and multivariate calculus. We had found a good tutor in the subject, but experience on Wyzant has taught us to have a competent back-up lined up, just in case. So, we gave Nguyen a try. My son came out of his initial session with Nguyen with a smile on his face and immediately asked for a follow-up. Nguyen's approach to tutoring (Socratic v. procedural) forced my son to engage with the subjects in a way that he hadn't before.
