As an instructor for 15 years in a multitude of different subjects and as a professional, it is important to assist in the transition from theory to practice. As a tutor, my goal is to make sure that you understand the situation and are able to utilize sound analysis and thought to make good decisions. My background involves working with professionals in the classroom setting at the graduate level and undergraduate level in Strategic Planning, Program Management, Operations, General Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership and Management, Statistics, Marketing, Leadership Development and in consulting situations, I work with individuals on Career Development. Teaching in many different subjects and working in different industries affords me the ability to see the entire picture and all the working parts.

My career is proof that skill sets transfer from one industry to another, having worked in healthcare as a Director and Regional Director; in construction as a Management Consultant and in the Defense Industry as Contracting Officer for the prestigious DCMA ICAT, Program Manager, Price/Cost Analyst, consultant for precarious large acquisition systems initiated by Congress, and now as Program Manager for the cybersecurity portion of Space Force in Testing and Evaluation. The experience and knowledge will be beneficial to you no matter the industry or field you are in or heading towards.

I have consulted, conducted public speaking engagements, and taught for 30 years. My last project was a $33 billion dollar project that I brought in under schedule and under budget.

When I was young I hid behind my parents. As an educator, public speaker and consultant, I command a room. Starting with briefings in meetings, and quickly excelling into public speaking and consulting, I have developed public speaking engagements (Emotional Intelligence, Communications, Listening are examples) and conducted public speaking engagements and consulting endeavors for 30+ years. So successful in this realm, I was asked by DoD to be a sole source public speaker and consultant in leadership development, emotional intelligence and program management (High Performance Teams). Customer Satisfaction surveys always excelled and in some situations, I am the only speaker they will use. It is such a pleasure helping people to be able to speak comfortably and genuinely in a public setting

So that you are aware, I was a college instructor for 20 years at the graduate and undergraduate levels. In addition, I worked as a Director, Regional Director, Consultant and much more with great success. That success came largely through writing solid reports, programs, and papers.
