Teaching and instructing others has been a passion and a deep hearted desire since the 1980's. Moreover, I spent 26 years in Law Enforcement instructing in training academies and in numerous states. I was raised in El Paso, Texas and the knowledge of the Spanish language was paramount. I have developed and created training for thousands of first responders across the country as well as civilians who desire to learn Spanish as a second language. Further, I have co-authored a nationally published book for Spanish for first responders. Coupled with my deep desire to help others learn the Spanish language, I have received an international certification to teach English as a Second Language, furthering my desire in open new doors to so many.
In college, I graduated with honors, Phi Theta Kappa, with a 3.9 G.P.A. and was recognized multiple years in the National Dean's List for scholastic achievement. As I have striven to push myself to achieve higher grades in all classes, I impart this philosophy to all my students. I have created course curriculum whereby my students are able to read, write and speak a new language in record time. My class/student evaluations have always been at the highest level. I teach with students, never down to them.
I am flexible with student schedules and needs. I have all the needed equipment to travel to the student's home or business for training. I do kindly ask that if a cancellation occurs to please call at least 24 hours and we can reschedule to stay on instructional course. With 2 1/2 decades of law enforcement, I am honest and trustworthy.
