I am currently employed by the university as a Community Assistant in one of the residence halls on campus, and have been selected to be a live in Resident Assistant for the year of 2014-2015. I have lots of experience in babysitting, but I prefer tutoring and helping children achieve goal like I had when I was young. I have taken classes in and trained in leadership skills and communication skills and believe that the way information is communicated (i.e. lectures vs. texts vs. discussions) is just as important as the information in and of itself.
