I have 20+ years of teaching experience combined at the university and high school level. Cooking is a passion for me. I first began cooking when I was 16 at a pizza restaurant. From there I began cooking at a brew pub where I learned the majority of real cooking skils. In all I have 20+ years experience in the restaurant industry. I have experience butchering meats, poultry, and fish. I also have baking and pastry experience. I can teach you knife skills and some of the finer skills of cooking. I would love to help you make excellent meals and food for your family and friends.

Wonderful Tutor

We used Dale to help our nephew Kevin get through his final math class of his senior year. We had been concerned that by not passing the course he would not graduate. Dale worked with him diligently and Kevin passed the course and graduated. Overall Dale was very understanding and motivating for our nephew. We truly appreciate his efforts. He went out of his way to be flexible to our schedule, and we know that without his efforts Kevin would not have passed the class.
