I have 20 + years of experience supporting adolescents in both school and private settings, including general education, special education, and one-on-one support. I specialize in executive functioning and reading, helping students build organization, focus, and independence. In a private practice educational therapy setting, I worked with middle school through college students navigating ADHD, learning differences, and academic stress. I support middle school through college students in breaking down assignments, building effective systems, and developing the confidence to work more independently and successfully.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Education, and I am currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Adams State University. My training in emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches allows me to support both the academic and emotional side of learning.
