Greetings, Friends!

My name is David and I would love the opportunity to work with you on your AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics courses. Whether you want to get your grade up in class, succeed on the exams, or just better understand the material, I believe I'm your guy!

I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I studied history and political science and graduated with Highest Distinction. I spent an additional year at UNC to obtain my Master's Degree in Teaching. Since leaving North Carolina, I have been teaching at the same high school for almost 15 years.

I have over a decade of experience teaching AP Economics courses, both Micro and Macro, and have a proven track record of success with my students. My classes scores consistently exceed the state and national averages and even more importantly, my students LOVE economics.

I find that my passion for the class, along with my content knowledge, helps students grasp the material. Learning should be fun, and Econ is a great subject to enjoy learning about.

I have excelled in both a classroom environment as well as with students 1on1. I consistently spend off periods and time before and after school working with students individually to help ensure their success, and I feel comfortable working with the highest achieving students, as well as those who struggle to grasp the content. I still have many students reaching out to me from some of the top universities in the countries asking for content help, and thanking me for preparing them for the next level!
