I've run my own business for 17 years. In doing so, I have done all of the accounting for my business, other than tax preparations. I am very proficient in Quickbooks as well
Not only is my business a public business, but I'm also engaged in local organizations such as Chamber of Commerce and City Council, which require one to be a good public speaker. Prior to Real Estate, I was in Ag Sales, and public speaking was an integral part of my day to day routine.
Owning and operating my own business for over 17 years has taken me through all of the curves that can be handed to a person in business. I'm well versed in Marketing as I market homes to clients everyday.
