Bio

My approach to tutoring is always to put the student first, and find a bridge between the “right way” the teacher dictates, and a student’s unique background and understanding. I work to imbue my students with deeper understandings, and general simple principles that can be easily remembered for them to fall back on during tests.

My approach to tutoring is always to put the student first, and find a bridge between the “right way” the teacher dictates, and a student’s unique background and understanding. I work to imbue my students with deeper understandings, and general simple principles that can be easily remembered for them to fall back on during tests.

My tutoring journey began with chemistry tutoring in high school, continuing with Brown’s peer tutoring program in math, chem, and Econ, and finishing with my own private tutoring business for the past eight years, in subjects as varied as excel programming to financial calculus to high school honors physics.

The vast majority of my tutoring experience is in SAT and ACT math prep, having scored perfect scores on SAT math, SAT II subject test, ACT math, and GRE math.

I look forward to meeting with you and understanding your unique perspective!

Very helpful with advanced college-level econometrics.

We went over complicated nonlinear regression functions, Internal and external validity concepts, regressions with binary dependent variables, and instrumental variable regressions. If you need help with econometrics check this guy out!
