Hi there! I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience and Molecular Biology from CU Boulder in 2021. I also have a Masters of Science in Criminology, focusing on counterterrorism and narco-trafficking. I love teaching and tutoring the subjects of biology, neuroscience, chemistry, psychology, environmental science, and criminology/criminal justice outside of my regular full-time job. I have experience as a teaching assistant for Clinical Neuroscience, and have given multiple talks to Molecular Neuropharmacology students on subjects such as anesthesia, paralytic MOAs, and novel targets for the treatments of depression and PTSD. I am a full time police officer, an EMT, & love to volunteer internationally in emergency medicine.
Besides my love for the brain, biology, and criminal justice, I am also a pilot, love spending time outdoors hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and camping. I also am extremely passionate about traveling, and have been fortunate enough to have traveled to 39 countries!
Through Wyzant tutoring, I aim to share my deep passion for neuroscience, molecular biology, and criminology, & help my students to not only succeed in their classes; but discover their own passions!
