Hi, My name is Kenny L. I recently retired from teaching Math at Monarch High School in Louisville, CO. where I taught for for 23 years. I taught math for more than 10 years before that in Denver in and northern California. I have a B.A. and teaching credential from CU Boulder and a Masters in Secondary Ed. from San Jose State as well as a lot of advanced coursework in math. I am National Board and Colorado Certified and have taught pretty much every high school math course except for Calc BC. I have taught Alg 1 and Alg 2, Geometry Honors, Precalc (which includes a lot of Trig) AB Calculus, and AP Statistics, both for about 7 years. I feel very comfortable tutoring in any of the areas or with the math section of the ACT or SAT. I have two daughters in college, a wonderful wife, a dog (Cody) and a cat named Kibbles. In my free time I enjoy riding my bike(s), cross-country skiing, playing piano and guitar, playing the Wordle, and making dumb jokes. I look forward to working with you.
