Flexible and Communicative
I was in the final stages of preparing my dissertation manuscript and wanted to get it proofread before sending to my chair. From the start, Niah was incredibly flexible and communicative. We found a great rhythm working together. I would send her sections of the text, while I was still editing others, and then we would swap. It was a great flow. She kept me in the loop on her schedule and I was able to do the same. I have already recommended her to another classmate!
