Bobby's education includes a MS Computer Information Systems and a PhD in Information Technology integrated with Business with research on Enterprise Architecture: And the Transformation of Complex Higher Educational Institutions, innovative strategies, and enhanced governance. He has managed all aspects of IT; which includes development, networking, security, telecommunications, web development, integration of IT, educational course delivery, change management, user training, infrastructure, and operations. During his 15 plus years of instruction, he was involved in the development of courses such as: Enterprise Application Development - using several languages, Database Design & Development - using Oracle, Web Development w/ Web Services, Microsoft SQL Server, Access, Project Management, and ITIL.
As a Certified Enterprise Architect, Bobby asserts that the objective is to use the framework to deliberately communicate and align the organizations mission, vision, policies, and processes with information technology support...which ultimately provides a seamless relationship with business strategy and IT/IS strategy; which promotes greater opportunities.
