Assalam Alikum, my name is Amani. I am an experienced educator with over 10 years of teaching experience in both K–12 and higher education. I hold a doctoral degree in education and have taught students from elementary school through university, both in traditional classrooms and online. My teaching experience includes English Language Arts (ELA), Arabic language, academic writing, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and intercultural communication.

Currently, I teach middle and high school English Language Arts, where I help students strengthen their reading, writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills. I also teach university courses in global citizenship and intercultural learning, working with undergraduate students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. In addition, I have several years of experience teaching Arabic to children, teenagers, and adults at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. My Arabic instruction focuses on reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and conversational fluency.

My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a supportive, encouraging, and interactive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance and personalized instruction. I adapt my lessons to each student's goals, whether they need help improving grades, preparing for exams, developing language proficiency, or building confidence in a subject.

When tutoring, I begin by assessing each student's strengths and areas for growth. I then create personalized lessons that incorporate clear explanations, guided practice, real-world examples, and ongoing feedback. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically but also to foster independent learning skills and a lifelong love of learning.
