Hello, and welcome! My name is Victor, and I’m a medical student with a strong academic foundation in biology, chemistry, and the sciences. I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver and have spent years helping students navigate challenging science and math coursework. I understand how overwhelming these subjects can feel, especially when concepts build quickly and students are expected to apply material across lectures, labs, and exams. My goal as a tutor is to help students truly understand what they are learning, gain confidence in their abilities, and approach their courses with clarity rather than stress.

I work with middle school, high school, college, and pre-health students across a wide range of subjects, including General Biology I & II (with labs), General Chemistry I & II (with labs), Organic Chemistry I & II (with labs), Physics I & II (with labs), genetics, cell biology, ecology, and evolution. As a current medical student, I also tutor anatomy and physiology and biochemistry at the medical-school and nursing-school level. I especially enjoy working with students who feel stuck, discouraged, or unsure where to begin, and helping them rebuild a strong foundation in the sciences.

My tutoring style is patient, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual goals. I focus on breaking complex topics into manageable steps, explaining the reasoning behind concepts, and helping students learn how to think through problems independently rather than relying on memorization alone. Whether you are preparing for an exam, keeping up with coursework, or trying to regain confidence in science, I aim to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where questions are encouraged and progress feels achievable.
