I'm Coleman! I've worked in technology for 35 years, writing software and managing engineers in aerospace, renewable energy, and manufacturing industries. In the aerospace industry, I wrote software for the Airbus A380 (largest airliner with 550 passenger capacity) and the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. In renewable energy, I've written software for Solar Power Plants in California, Arizona, Nevada, Spain and Mexico. I hold two patents for my solar designs.

Mathematics has also been a huge part of my life, from algebra and calculus in high school, to Calculus 1-4 in college. I've used math in software design during my entire career, along with mentoring engineers that I've managed, teaching methods that work, along with teaching the practical world uses for mathematics.

I want to help students understand mathematics, both from the 'how' perspective (solving problems) to the 'why' understanding of why they need to know math in our present world.

I want to benefit the students I tutor as much as possible, from understanding the concepts, improving their grades, and excelling on placement tests.
