Hello! My name is Ms. Olivia and I’m a certified teacher with a degree from Elmhurst College, where I graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. In my life, I’ve worked with children in many settings — first as a lifeguard, then swim instructor, and for the past nine years, as an educator in the school system. I’ve supported students as a one-on-one special education aide, filled in during maternity leaves, and led my own classroom the last 7 years. I’ve taught every grade from kindergarten through fifth and bring patience, structure, and encouragement to every session.
My goal is to help students feel confident in what they’re learning and in themselves. I want them to recognize their own strengths, build intrinsic motivation, and understand that mistakes are part of growing. I specialize in elementary math and reading support and will always meet you where you are — helping to take small, meaningful steps toward big progress.
