I am Dr. Chandra P., Emeritus Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), where I taught for over 40 years. Throughout my career, I instructed a wide range of courses in engineering and mathematics, with a specialization in probability and statistics, building a strong reputation for teaching excellence.

In May 2007, I received the prestigious campus-wide Outstanding Professor award at CSUF, the first engineering faculty member to earn this distinction in the 44 years since its establishment. This recognition reflects my commitment to student success and effective teaching.

In addition to my tenure at CSUF, I taught at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona for five years. I have also served as a visiting summer faculty member at several institutions, including Stevens Institute of Technology, Polytechnic University, University of Alabama in Huntsville, Carleton University, and University of Liverpool.
