Bio

Hi, I'm Jason! I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. After receiving my Bachelor's degree, I immediately attended graduate school at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (SLO) where I pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. While studying at Cal Poly SLO I had the great pleasure to work as a teacher associate and teach numerous undergraduate engineering courses. Hi, I'm Jason! I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. After receiving my Bachelor's degree, I immediately attended graduate school at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (SLO) where I pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. While studying at Cal Poly SLO I had the great pleasure to work as a teacher associate and teach numerous undergraduate engineering courses. Within the first 5 minutes of teaching, I realized that teaching is a profession that I want to pursue for the rest of my career. I made the decision to pursue a teaching credential immediately after graduating from graduate school. I obtained a Single Subject Teaching Credential with an emphasis in Math from Cal Poly Pomona.

As a passionate educator, I believe education should be accessible and affordable to everyone. Partnering with me means that I take on all of the stress while making sure you enjoy the educational journey. Additionally, as the student, you will have the luxury to set the hourly rate and total hours tutored per session. My job is to identify your strengths, areas for growth, and how to maximize your full potential. Partnering with me isn’t just getting a tutor. You’re going to get someone who is compassionate, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to support you. A mentor early on in my career told me that my greatest strength is that I care about people and the best interest of students is always at the center of my discussions. I understand the importance of relational leadership and I believe in honest and open communication with all members.

When we decided to get a tutor for our daughter we thought it would take a while to see results. She immediately started understanding concepts her high teacher totally missed. She is doing so much better and looks forward to the sessions, which tells us he is doing a great job with her.
