I am a dedicated student currently in my freshman year at Pomona College, majoring in Economics with a minor in Applied Mathematics, while competing on the Women’s Golf Team. I graduated from Polytechnic School with a 3.97 GPA and a 1520 SAT score (790 Math, 730 EBRW). My coursework included AP Calculus AB and BC, AP Spanish Language, AP US History, and more, earning me AP Scholar with Distinction and Summa Cum Laude honors. I also attended the Foundation for Teaching Economics’ Economics for Leaders Seminar, which further fueled my interest in economic systems and leadership.

My passion for education extends beyond academics. For the past three years, I have mentored students through Partnership for Success!, a program supporting underserved students in the Pasadena Unified School District. I’ve worked one-on-one with a student weekly over Zoom, offering academic enrichment across subjects while creating a supportive space for personal growth. My approach blends intellectual challenge with empathy, reflecting my belief in holistic education.

In 2021, I founded FOREWARD Foundation, which raises funds for underserved students through golf-related initiatives. We’ve provided resources to students facing homelessness and organized clinics for middle schoolers and refugee youth, using golf as a vehicle to build confidence and bridge opportunity gaps.

My teaching experiences range from online tutoring to in-person group instruction, including experiential learning as a U.S. Youth Ambassador to Ecuador. There, I engaged in leadership training and cultural exchange with local and Indigenous communities, deepening my communication skills and global awareness.

As a mentor, founder, and student, I am committed to empowering others through education, access, and empathy, helping students thrive academically while nurturing their sense of self.
