Working with Kelly has been exactly what I needed to learn QuickBooks Online. My situation made it necessary to try to learn the program very quickly and I opted for a tutor because I felt it would help me to learn efficiently and quickly. After working with Kelly I know this was the right choice. I have no formal bookkeeping training and Kelly has been a terrific tutor and of enormous assistance. She has not only helped me to learn the program but has assisted enormously in untangling months of data and putting a small business’s books in order. This has lessened my anxiety about taking on the responsibility of a new job considerably. I am completely confident in Kelly's ability to assist and teach me effectively. Knowledgeable and patient tutor.
I had an older version of team viewer, so she patiently walked me through uninstalling the old version, and installing the new. And teamviewer was great for the lesson. My big question was, could we upload a csv excel file to my 2019 quickbooks desktop? No. But, if I had the accountant version, we could. So now, I'm giving up on data upload to QB. I had some accounting questions as well, and Kelly walked me through the solution, and let me practice. I think I totally got my money's worth for that one hour, and I will contact her again soon, to review my record keeping, and see if she has any suggestions. She understood every question I had, and was able to explain.

We recently started a business and were new to Quickbooks. Kelly worked with me on learning how to reconcile, categorizing bank transactions and several other things I was unsure on how to do having never used QB before. It was well worth the money and she really took the time to make sure I understood topics. Would definitely recommend her as a tutor!

Kelly was able to meet me where I was in my learning process because she listened to me and allowed me to ask questions. She matches her teaching to the student needs. I have a background in training and I quickly picked up that in Kelly because she is patient, listens and asked the right questions of me. Not to take anything away from the other tutors because there are many natural challenges ( personalities tutor student, needs) to name a few to make it work. out.
