I’ve led training exercises and seminars in a variety of subjects in the Army, including music lessons and large group rehearsals. Being an effective public speaker means having your ideas down and rehearsed, so it’s more like a conversation than reading a script. The right mental mindset is key to being a successful public speaker.
I have over a decade of real world teaching experience in regards to musical performance, both in the army and outside. I taught private lessons and beginning band, as well as led large groups with varying musical talent to bring everyone to a high standard of performance.
