Bio

I am a high school and college instructor and tutor with over 20 years of experience. I've taught at prestigious private high schools and colleges, created online psychology classes, and even served as a reader for the AP Psychology exam administered by the CollegeBoard. I have four degrees (BS, MS, MEd, and EdD) all with a focus on psychology. I am a high school and college instructor and tutor with over 20 years of experience. I've taught at prestigious private high schools and colleges, created online psychology classes, and even served as a reader for the AP Psychology exam administered by the CollegeBoard. I have four degrees (BS, MS, MEd, and EdD) all with a focus on psychology. I also have extensive experience tutoring students for the SAT and ACT with a particular focus on the English and Reading sections of the ACT. Lastly, I served as an admission officer and senior-level administrator at private high schools and at the college level. In these capacities, I have helped hundreds of students with their essays, including high school and college admission essays.

I am new to CA and I am excited to continue my time in education by supporting students who need a little help. When I am not tutoring students, you can find me enjoying the beach, reading a book about education, or binge-watching Marvel movies!

I have taught Intro to Psychology, AP Psychology, and Social Psychology to high school and college students. I have also served as a reader for the AP Psychology exams.

  • Hourly Rate: $95
  • Rate details: Students who are 10 minutes late are considered absent and will be charged the full rate of the scheduled lesson. I do charge $125 an hour for emergency sessions booked within 24-hours.
  • Lesson cancellation: 5 hours notice required
