I’m a British architect and designer at HOK Los Angeles, with 11 years of professional experience and qualifications spanning the UK and US, including a Master’s in Architecture, RIBA Part 1, 2 & 3, UK ARB registration, NCARB certification and AIA International Associate status.
I help architecture students and recent graduates develop their design, technical and professional skills - from concept development, design refinement, geometry and studio projects to architectural representation and presentation. I can support you with Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator and Enscape, as well as drawings, diagrams and presentation graphics. I also work with students on portfolio development, presentation preparation, interview preparation and broader career guidance, drawing on my experience in professional practice and industry mentorship.
My professional experience spans aviation, sports & entertainment, residential, mixed-use, commercial, masterplanning, and science & technology projects. I’ve provided studio assistance and mentoring at the University of Westminster, USC and UCLA, and currently mentor junior designers at HOK. My approach is personalized, practical and industry-informed. Rather than simply helping you complete an assignment, I focus on helping you develop stronger ideas, challenge your thinking, communicate your design clearly and build confidence in your own creative process.
