I am a music producer and college student, and I have been making beats as a hobby for 5 years now! I typically make Hip-Hop and Lo-Fi beats, but I have been experimenting with other genres of music lately. If you are in need of a teacher to teach you the basics of DJ-ing or music production, I'm your guy! No matter the software, the skills that I teach can be applied to any software or equipment. Throughout my career, I have taught many of my friends and fellow producers different tricks and tips to maximize their potential as producers.
I am well versed in Ableton Live, and Serato DJ - These are the two softwares that I will mainly use to teach music production and DJ-ing. It would be helpful if you had at least the free trials of these softwares. I love teaching these kinds of subjects because there really is no right or wrong way to make music. Whatever I teach will always end up being useful in this field to some capacity.

5 years producing music on my own
5 years on Ableton
1 year on Logic and Pro-Tools
Winner of Andrew Huang's Flip Sampler competition
Winner of Melodics Record's competition
3 years intern at Quadio (college student oriented music streaming service)

If you have any questions, contact me on Wyzant!
If it is your 1st lesson, tell me what equipment you have, and what software you have. Ableton and Serato is preferred, since these are the ones that I use the most.
Let me know your experience with music production so that I know what to focus on when teaching you!

Perfect Tutoring!

I was taught various aspects of PaulStretch and Ableton Live. Ryan is very patient and intuitively asked me to repeat what he demonstrated when I needed to fully understand something. I accomplished what I set out to learn.
