I am Edgar, I was born and raised in Colombia; and recently moved to the United States;. I love to learn and teach. One of my favorite hobbies is to watch and play soccer.
I understand how difficult it can be to learn a second language. When I was younger, I was passionate about learning English as a Second language but I struggled a lot to retain that knowledge and putting it into practice. Due to that, I have studied different techniques about how to learn effectively and how to speak a second language which helped me to learn English faster and to always remember grammar rules, verbs, slangs, and be able to maintain fluid conversations with native speakers.
Colombia is recognized internationally as one of the best Spanish Language speakers in Latin America since we follow most of the grammar and language rules from Spain;. I also Served as a church missionary in the Dominican Republic for 2 years and learned a lot about other Latino Cultures and language interpretation. This allowed me to expand my knowledge about the Spanish Language, Slangs, Grammar and Cultural differences there is around the world.
I am confident that with patience and consistency, you will be able to learn Spanish in a simple and easy way. I will be here to help you since day 1, and when you look back on time you will be amazed about your progress.
