I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, completing a dual integrated degree in Business Psychology with minors in Business Economics and Marketing. My academic background combines behavioral science, research methods, and analytical thinking, allowing me to support students in both psychology and business-related subjects. I am also a NASPA Certified Peer Educator and a New York Certified Peer Specialist (NYCPS), with formal training in strength-based and student-centered development. My coaching approach integrates structured frameworks such as ACERA and the TGROW method to help students set clear goals, build accountability, and improve long-term performance.

Professionally, I work in a supervised behavioral health setting supporting adolescents and transitional-aged youth between the ages of 13 and 25. In this role, I provide one-on-one guidance focused on executive functioning, problem-solving, organization, and academic-related challenges. I regularly help students strengthen time management, study planning, and structured goal alignment. My approach is practical, individualized, and focused on building repeatable systems that improve both understanding and confidence.

Over the past several years, I have worked with middle school, high school, and college students in one-on-one settings, helping them improve comprehension, writing clarity, and performance habits. I focus not only on mastering subject material, but on developing the skills and structure necessary for long-term academic success.
