As a perennial learner I have always had a passion for education. Whether it be learning new skills, continuously refining past knowledge of subjects, or continuing my professional development. I have always had a passion to read and understand as much of the world’s knowledge as I can. While many others take a more direct path to pursuing their career, I have been fortunate enough to gain valuable experience in many different sectors of public administration.
Furthermore, my educational experiences coupled with my professional experience allows me to provide insight into concepts that can be hard to grasp without hands on experience. Studying Political Science at the University of Illinois allowed me to delve into the fundamentals of concepts such as political theory, political philosophy, and comparative politics. While serving as a team leader in the United States Army I gained the perspective and experience needed to implement a training program so that the soldiers under my supervision were well equipped to deal with the hardships of combat.
I have since worked with multiple different organizations, from local cities to Congressional Offices, to County Departments, and with local Law Enforcement Agencies. Additionally, I also two master's degrees, one from the University of La Verne, and California State University, Fullerton.

I take time to find the most practical application of the subject material and connect it to the students learning style. This allows me to foster a relationship of trust, and an output of high success utilizing my methodology.
