I have had several injuries as a result of competitive sports, so my philosophy is rooted in functional movement and injury prevention to maximize performance.
Beyond athletics, I have worked as a City Year AmeriCorps member where I focused on helping students get and/or remain on track to graduate by providing academic support, delivering behavior and attendance coaching, and encouraging student engagement. I have a love for learning and a belief in the power of young people!
In my professional life, I am a practicing attorney. I have taken the LSAT, navigated law school admissions, attended/ graduated from law school, and passed the bar exam. I know it can be tough navigating school, work, and life goals. You do not have to tackle everything on your own. I would be happy to talk to you about your goals and how I may be able to support!
