I have experience tutoring since my days as an undergraduate student. Helping first my fellow students, and then my co-workers is something I have always enjoyed doing.
I not only have a Master's degree in computer science and 30 plus years of industry experience as a programmer, but also have been an instructor at the University level for 5+ semesters. Even though I have taught classes, I do prefer the role as a tutor as I am able to work 1 on 1 with the student.

Joe has helped me understand my programming assignments the past few lessons, and they have always been beneficial. C++ is a language that I am not the strongest in, but Joe's guidance has made me understand it much better. If you need help on an assignment, I'd recommend asking him at least 2 weeks before its due to maximize his help.
