I received my B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills and my Master's in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Ohio State University (where I'm currently finishing my Ph.D. remotely). I have tutored high school and college students in the areas of college preparation, writing, and study tools. I find that these can sometimes be the most challenging parts of a students confidence whether it's applying for school and programs or maintaining their desired grade point average. My experiences have prepared me to help students regain confidence in those areas and provide them with accessible technical skills to improve their writing and studying.
