I’m an engineer, educator, and lifelong learner who loves helping students build confidence in math. I earned my Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), one of India’s top technical universities, and completed my Master’s at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I currently work as a software engineer at Meta, where I solve complex technical problems daily. That experience directly shapes the way I teach: clear explanations, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving strategies.

What I Teach

I specialize exclusively in math, including SAT Math, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus (AB/BC), and foundational middle and high school math. I also help students strengthen reasoning skills, improve speed and accuracy, and build a solid understanding of core concepts.

My Tutoring Style

My goal is to make math simple, intuitive, and approachable. I focus heavily on understanding why things work rather than memorizing formulas. Students often tell me they walk away with more clarity and confidence after just a few sessions. I tailor each lesson to the student’s pace, learning style, and goals. Whether you’re preparing for the SAT, boosting your grades, or filling gaps in fundamentals, I create a personalized learning plan with structured milestones and measurable progress.

Outside Tutoring

I’m also a dedicated triathlete who trains for Ironman 70.3 races. The discipline, consistency, and goal-driven mindset from athletics shape the supportive and structured approach I bring to tutoring.
