Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent over two decades as an engineer in Silicon Valley. While I thrived in the fast-paced tech world, I ultimately felt called to support individuals with ADHD in unlocking their full potential. My approach is rooted in both personal experience and professional expertise, combining evidence-based coaching techniques with a deep understanding of the cognitive and emotional hurdles that ADHD presents. As your coach, I will validate your personal struggles and encourage you to exploit your strengths while avoiding the shame, blame and guilt spirals all too common among us ADHD-ers!
I am a FOCUSED Certified ADHD Coach and a Certified Professional Life Coach, equipping me with specialized tools to help clients develop structure, improve self-regulation, and build sustainable habits for success. My academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Stanford University, where I was honored with a University Fellowship, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, where I also served as the Organ Scholar of University College.
