Extremely knowledgeable and kind teacher
Nicolette is by far the best singing couch I have ever had. It is obvious from your first lesson that she is extremely talented and well trained. She is also amazing at explaining concepts to her students and is very engage during her sessions. She is sooo organized and actually keeps track of your warm ups (with sample audio for you to practice), she takes notes on how to improve on the songs you are working on, and keeps everything in an easy to access website. She makes your job as the student as easy as possible so you can push yourself to learn the most you can. She is very patient and kind in the way she works with her clients and I am always excited to start our sessions each week. I cannot recommend Nicolette enough! Not only is nicolette an amazing vocal couch but she is also an amazing performance couch and has helped me gain a lot of confidence performing as well. In the sessions I have had with her, I have learned so much and can feel and hear my voice improving each week I work with her. 11/10 recommend

Incredible Teacher!
She’s so incredibly knowledgeable and explains the technical components of singing in a very easy to understand way, which is amazing for new students like me. Nicolette knows exactly how to get effective result from her students, and she’s created such an extensive curriculum of warmups and practice techniques. In top of all of that, she’s a delightful person and so easy to talk to. The learning environment is very warm and supportive. Highly recommend!

Nicolette is an amazing singing teacher. She’s very knowledgeable about vocal health and always give me tips on how to protect my vocal cords. She’s also very patient and understanding especially when it comes to unfortunate circumstances. My lessons with her are always enjoyable and there’s so many things to talk about with Nicolette besides singing if you ever need to, she’s always there to listen and support you.

Nicollette is very tuned in to your goals and quickly assesses your skill level to come up with a plan. As an experienced musician I'm looking to improve my singing and after just one session I can feel a difference in my voice practicing the techniques Nicollete has taught me. I have been taking singing lessons with Nicolette for 5 months now and could not be happier... Nicolette is the THE teacher I was looking for: Patient, gifted singer, very good at teaching and very flexible to my needs and aspirations. Art is 80% inspiration for me, and Nicolette's spirit and approach really have been helping me keep inspired. I really appreciate that she did not try to fit me in a box or used a tired old approach on me, but instead came up with a specific practice and performance plan designed for me. What more can one ask from a tutor? Highly recommend :)

In two days, I have been able to register my higher pitch and continue to work on it. She teaches me a lot of different types of breathing exercises. Nicolette teaches me to establish my goals and also provides me with tools and the steps to achieve them. I look forward to the next lessons.

Knowledgeable, Fun, Collaborative, and Pushes you to Grow/Improve
Nicolette is not only an experienced vocalist and performer, but also a good vocal coach. Since we started lessons a month ago, I have improved my breath support quite a lot and have learned how to put less strain on my throat/neck while singing; 2 goals I wanted to work towards. She offers smart and attainable goals based on your aspirations and helps you to steadily improve each week. Depending on your overall goal, Nicolette suggests tailored amounts of time to practice and offers a wide variety of warmups/exercises (which are all available to you in a Google Doc). Finally, she offers opportunities to perform at show cases that she runs where you get to choose a song, work on it over time with her, and then perform it in front of her other students (yes, you can even perform long distance/taking online courses). Overall, I highly recommend. Lessons are safe, collaborative, helpful, and enjoyable.
