$20 RATE IS FOR MY 16-HOUR GROUP GRE COURSE.

Now Offering Group Course--$300 for 16 hours!

With 99th percentile scores on the GRE and GMAT (170V/169Q and 770), I know a thing or two about standardized tests! But just scoring well on a test doesn't make someone a good GRE instructor. 10 years of test prep experience does.

I've taught in person, online, and on campuses such as USC, UC San Diego, and CSU Northridge.

Best GMAT Tutor I've Had!

Andrew is a very gifted tutor. If you are already doing fairly well with your knowledge/test-taking skills and scores, then Andrew will help you get past any "score-walls" you've previously been unable to break (which can be the hardest journey in the score improvement process). Our tutoring sessions helped me get a V41 (93% ranking) on my first attempt, and then a V47 (99% ranking) on my second, and final, attempt. Four days before my final exam, a quick 1-hour session put me in high spirits. Andrew's flexible and thorough teaching methods were a great fit for my learning style, and I'm happy to say his services were more than worth the time and money!

Best GRE Tutor

Andrew could not have been more helpful in preparing me for the GRE! He is extremely knowledgable on all of the topics required for the test while also bringing a fun, energetic teaching style. My favorite part about working with Andrew is his willingness move on from a question or topic if it is not worth our time. Rather than wasting time, Andrew ensures that each session is maximized for the most important drivers of scoring. He told very funny stories to teach me new concepts and made studying for the test very enjoyable!

Would Recommend Andrew To Everyone

After taking the GRE two times previously, I kept getting stuck on verbal reading comprehension and sentence completion questions. Andrew's lessons, tricks, and thoughtful way of explaining the nuances of the test helped me prepare more than any run-of-the-mill test prep service. His lessons were flexible to accommodate what I needed to work on, and we would do thought exercises in order to make concepts more concrete. His flexibility, patience, expert knowledge, and professionalism clearly make him one of the best tutors you can hire for test prep help. I can't thank Andrew enough for the time he spent with me. I would recommend Andrew to everyone.

168Q with Andrew - Tutoring with 1 month to go

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew as my GRE tutor, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. In the last month of studying, I was looking for a tutor to really fine tune my mistakes and boost my confidence; working with Andrew was the game-changer I needed. About me: We worked together for 4 sessions (I was 1 month out from taking the test). I was mostly self-taught using Manhattan materials and the ETS official guide prior to working with Andrew, had all the concepts down. Took ~12 practice tests, consistently scoring 158V, 159Q range (I wanted 320+ on the GRE). After working with Andrew I scored 157V, 168Q (Note: we mostly targeted math, I didn't care about verbal score much) About Andrew: From the very beginning, Andrew's expertise and supportive teaching style stood out, making a significant difference in my test preparation. Andrew was well versed on concepts frequently tested on the exam so he made a point to focus on those questions first and tailor our sessions to what weaknesses of mine I needed to strengthen. He provided invaluable insights and strategies that I wouldn't have known/learned on my own. Plus, he taught me a few critical tricks that I was able to apply to some questions I saw on the real thing. His explanations were clear and thorough, helping me grasp complex concepts with ease. Andrew's encouragement and positive attitude gave me the confidence boost I needed as I headed into the GRE and I was impressed by how easily he could recall any example question that came from my Manhattan or official ETS materials (I probably saw 2.5k+ questions). Andrew also had good suggestions on which materials I should use and how to prioritize my schedule. He was very familiar with how Manhattan materials would phrase a question versus what I would actually see on the official test (his experience here was very helpful). Thanks to Andrew, I felt well-prepared and confident on test day. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and encouraging GRE tutor who genuinely cares about your success, look no further than Andrew. He is truly exceptional and made a remarkable impact on my GRE journey.

164 163!!!!

I took Andrew's course and had individual tutoring sessions over the next year. Improved from a 215-227. Andrew was great and could explain any problem in simple terms and help give tips for overall strategies. Andrew was easy to communicate with and had open availability. Keep in mind the GRE is a marathon and requires tons of practice, but if you do the work and come to Andrew with questions, you should be set up to succeed!

Helpful, knowledgeable, and full of great advice

Andrew always comes prepared with an easy-to-follow lesson plan that breaks down essential strategies for test-taking. He provides excellent examples and explanations, and very patiently discusses the best approaches to answering. He does not just pop a question on the screen and say "figure it out" -- he is highly engaged, interactive, and eager to talk through the nuances of his test-taking strategies. I would absolutely recommend him for any test-taker at any level.

Fabulous and understanding tutor regardless of timeline.

Despite my short time frame (2-3 weeks) to prepare for the GRE, Andrew thoroughly helped me understand the theory and highlighted advanced level test taking strategies to best conform to my timeline. As a result, I saw my score increase by over 10 points within the verbal section of the exam. I highly recommend engaging with Andrew for GRE needs.
