Hi, I’m Chloe! I recently graduated with High Honors from Wesleyan University, where I double-majored in Art History and the College of Letters, an interdisciplinary humanities program focused on History, Literature, and Philosophy. I also spent six months studying in an immersion program in Madrid and am fluent in Spanish.
I’m a lifelong Angeleno and a 2021 graduate of Harvard-Westlake. During COVID, I tutored elementary and middle school students online in Reading, Writing, and Spanish. That experience taught me how much I love working one-on-one with students to help them feel confident and curious about learning.

For the past five years, I’ve also worked as a nanny and regular babysitter, which means I’m comfortable keeping kids focused and engaged, even when the material is challenging. I know firsthand how overwhelming school transitions can be, and I want to support your child in feeling ready, capable, and confident.

My tutoring style leads with patience, kindness, and empathy. A big part of the learning process to me is protecting a kid’s natural curiosity and harnessing it to best target the material at hand!
Therefore, I design lesson plans with fun, interactive activities that make learning approachable while encouraging focus and confidence. I always end sessions with a short review or practice so students can internalize what we’ve learned and feel ready to keep going independently. If desired, I can also assign weekly lessons for continued growth outside of our sessions.
